8:11, 12 Now the parable is this:
The seed is the word of God. Those
by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the
word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
12:4-9 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the
body, and after that have no more that they can do.
But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath
killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is
forgotten before God? But even the
very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more
value than many sparrows. Also I
say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man
also confess before the angels of God: But
he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not

God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world
through him might be saved. He that

already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of

not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto
everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the

him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye

Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never
hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.

I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent

will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose

the last day.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name
of the Lord shall be saved.
is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given
among men, whereby we must be saved.
him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in
him shall receive remission of sins.
1:16, 17 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:
for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the
Jew first, and also to the Greek. For
therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is
written, The just shall live by faith.
by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by
the law is the knowledge of sin. But
now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by
the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith
of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no
difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in
Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith
in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are
past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his
righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth
in Jesus. Where is
boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of
faith. Therefore we conclude that a
man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also
of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: Seeing it is one God, which
shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
4:24, 25 But
for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up
Jesus our Lord from the dead; Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised
again for our justification.
5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace
with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
5:8–21 But God commendeth his
love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from
wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by
the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his
life. And not only so, but
we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received
the atonement. Wherefore,
as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed
upon all men, for that all have sinned: (For
until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had
not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of
him that was to come. But not as
the offence, so also is the free gift.
For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of
God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath
abounded unto many. And not as it
was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was
by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto
justification. For if by one man's
offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace
and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Therefore
as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even
so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto
justification of life. For as by
one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall
many be made righteous. Moreover
the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace
did much more abound: That as sin
hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto
eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation. For
the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same
Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye
have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how
that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was
buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers
lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one
another. But after that the
kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but
according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing
of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our
being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of
